Not what it appears to be
I'm just had a terrible experience with what I thought was going to be brand new furniture and purchasing it so that I would have furniture for my family to sit on during the holidays just didn't happen. I've not been able to get new furniture, this furniture has not been picked up and it's also caused me physical pain because of the breakdown in the furniture when I received it, and having back surgery previously, I thought someone would have taken this more seriously and refunded my money right off the bat so I could have purchased something that I could trust I was getting a good quality product. I do not trust that I will get any quality product or that I will get refunded because I just been let down.
Nothing was right
Not happy with the experience at all. I would have preferred to have been able to return all the furniture that was ordered. Nothing on the order that was delivered was correct. Being a first time home buyer and having the opportunity to purchase New Furniture for my first home I imagined the whole experience to be different. Can you imagine walking into your new home just to be disappointed. I was hoping to see that everything I waited so long for was going to be perfect. The only other way to explain how I felt is that feeling when a bride had imagined that her wedding day be a certain way and then nothing turned out right. Walking into the house I saw the kitchen table that was not supposed to be on the order because that item was canceled my heat sank. Then I saw the couch that was the wrong color. FeelinAfter calling the store for two days and sending 1 text message to my sales representative I had no choice but to call corporate and let them know that the entire order was wrong.
