I purchased a dining table and three chairs from Rooms To Go, and they loaded the wrong chair—one I never agreed to or authorized. I even offered to have my correct chair delivered at the same time they picked up their chair, but the representative (K. Anthony) refused to make it right. I paid for delivery, yet was told to bring the incorrect chair back myself. As a disabled veteran without transportation, that was not possible. Despite the mistake being entirely theirs, they refused to take responsibility or provide the chair I paid for. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Luis was amazing! I called about a recently discontinued table I really wanted. We were sad it was discontinued. He searched the store and in their system and found it for us! I had called another Rooms To Go Outlet and they searched but told us we couldn’t get it. They were nice but Luis went above and beyond and looked everywhere to find it to order it for us. He was a miracle worker. He was so nice and friendly and great to work with. Amazing experience. 10/10 recommend.
