Our salesperson was personable and knowledgeable, which made it surprising, when we were given the wrong cord for our reclining couch. We made it all the way home before we discovered the wrong cord. When I went all the way back to the store to exchange the cord I asked for some kind of compensation for my time (a free set of pillows, perhaps) and was told that wasn’t possible. I asked what they could do. I was told nothing, like my time wasn’t valuable, and I traveled an extra hour round trip. It was very frustrating and discouraging. I need a new bed too! I know where I am not going.

Kevin had assisted us with purchase of a living room a couple months ago. When it was time to pick out a bedroom suite, I returned to Rooms to Go Outlet in Lebanon and again received excellent service from Kevin and Joseph, whom he was training….
