Had an excellent experience today with Josh- he was so nice, polite & super helpful. I got an incredible deal on a recliner, coffee & end tables & a kitchen table set! I will be back in 2026 to buy a bedroom suite from Josh!
I bought furniture on July 6 (in store) for almost $2500. Then in the end of July my card got charged another $500 and some dollars when I did not go into the store or make an online purchase. I called to report fraud as I DID NOT APPROVE another charge and they went through the whole dispute process and came back as I still owe the money because of a mis-charge by Rooms to Go. How are they going to just put another charge on your account without your knowledge or approval?? Very bad customer service and will not be going back to Rooms To Go after this!!
