It did arrive damaged, but I was quickly shipped the replacement parts! Excellent customer service. Product as expected.
Trash!!
The box broke open during transport; and it was delivered in several peices, several with are broken!! I can’t believe UPS dropped it off like that, my son didn’t know any better; I’ve called the store and care center and was told now to send an email!! So I’m super disappointed in the hoops I must jump thru to get this resolved
